Annual Reporting
Corporations and LLCs are required to file annual reports due on June 30, but the filing window opens on January 1. The filing fee is $25, and both LLCs and corps can file online. There are still paper annual report forms available for LLCs and Corporations/LPs that prefer this method.
The state sends out annual report filing reminders via email in waves through January. If the annual report is not filed by the June 30 deadline, you will be required to pay an additiona $75.00 late penalty ($50 for non-profit entities).
